After a 8 month-ish high, I finally came crashing down a few days back.
I don't know why it happened but thursday night was just so foul and friday was no better.
It's always somewhat been easy for me to rationalise my thoughts and emotions but this time (much like back in 2012-2014) I couldn't find a cause or reason.
However, following the bus ride back home and coming across the image above while scrolling through tumblr made me figure out that it's okay for me to be going through this now as long as I know and make sure that I bounce back.
For now, I just need time.
