"I like how we are"

As I sit in front of my laptop with a facial mask on and norah jones in the background, it's hard to believe that in the past three days I've sat for the first two papers of my mid-years.

The teachers had been kind for the three days of lessons earlier on in the week and I guess that what gave me inspiration to write my expository topic for my english paper.

"Every school is a good school." Do you agree?

I said I agreed because I believe that each school has its own group of beautifully dedicated teachers and they are the true backbone of nurturing us youngsters, no?

After our chinese papers on thursday I was left with a couple of hours of free time before chongray's lessons ended and I would say I set off on quite the adventure. We're always too busy to give ourselves time alone so even though I could've gone home to 'study' which basically means 'scroll through my instagram feed' I went ahead to stay in school for an hour, sit in the library to read magazines for another before taking a 15 minute walk to the sunset way running track where I sat by the cannel reading my sherlock book. Met him at np where we waited for the rain to lighten before walking back home together (:

Wasn't too free the next day after our english papers and had a math lessons and class history consultation! It was really nice to have mdm yehidaah back. I literally felt like I was in the dark for the past few months and she was the angel who came to shed light on me and go "bless you my child". The teachers had a workshop at the nexus nearby with leftover food so we were asked if we wanted to finish up the extras. WHAT IS THIS.

Met chongray after history ended to bus down to potong pasir where we bought macs and proceeded to sajc for life concert! It's been a couple of years since I last went down and this time I sat in the main auditorium downstairs with a couple of new friends which ended up being quite a blast really (: extremely thankful to God for such an amazing event that (hopefully) reached out, even a little bit, to the people who attended it!

And today I went for another 'concert' with the boyfriend -whee we are so happening and ooh I am totally not in the middle of my exams- it was a local gig down at pink noize at bugis area and it was something totally new and (cliche-ly put) eye-opening for me! First off we thought we were late so we ran there but we ended up being an hour early so we sat down at a shop nearby with cr's friends. When the gig started it was fader who was up first followed by aspectrum who managed to get me tapping my feet so that must mean something heh. There were quite a few bands who had yet to go up but we decided to leave first!

Headed down to bugis junction to window shop and have some pastamania which I always claim is horrible but I guess I shall take back my words and say that it is alright hahaha. We wanted to drop by kino but ended up coming across toy outpost, my little brick shop, play imaginative and simply toys where we spazzed out because it stocks a crazy load of merchandise for various shows/games ahhhhhhhh. But alas we are students which means we don't have independent cash supply yet ): not that we want to have to earn independent cash supply heehee. Grabbed some takoyaki before he sent me home and that draws the end to another blissful day. (:
