asking myself where i've been

Hmm so it's been almost 3 weeks which means it's progressing into the 5th week of the holidays. I have another 5 weeks to savor and this week will be eaten up by drama practices but you know, let's be cliche - carpe diem or seize every damn day you have 

(9/11) Shannon's 21st
My beautiful cousin turned the big 2-1 a couple saturdays ago and it was a really nice gathering we had. Busted my heels out for the first time so i was the tallest in the cai family that night yo. Was on my period though so towards the end of the night i was feeling like total balls. Nonetheless, family love *hugs*

(14/11)
Caught Ender's Game with my cousins a week later at Jcube and it was a pretty decent sci-fi movie (: got me pretty pumped towards the end and the polaroid film machine outside the toilet on the fourth floor (jcube, not the movie) is so exciting! Got adventure time + disney princess films whee.

(21/11) Prom
Headed to orchard on one the afternoons after musical practice with cr to shop for prom! Was extremely lucky to be able to 'attend' prom with him since ms tnee asked me to be the emcee so yes happy me! About a week after and a couple of days of preparation, clement & i were ready to roll at Re! Hotel. Okay not really we were nervous freaks but i think we did alright! He definitely did a better job even though he was wearing a fancy female blazer huehue. 

(22/11) Lost

Following prom, the next day i headed to school for carnival prep and then decided to finish my deco stuff at cr's place. Was about to alight on the way home, wallet slipped off my bag so as i was about to pay for chips at ntuc i realised it was missing and almost had a severe panic attack but i was too tired (thankfully) it was two days of such hell for me ): called sbs, made online lost reports, dropped by the police station but no news came...

(24/11) & Found

until i was suddenly woken up from my nap this evening with the woman who found the wallet at my front door. It's actually pretty surreal...but my fake cath kidston is back in my arms once again. Extremely thankful to God & of course the wonderful lady (: 

(23/11) Carnival

This post is getting too long BUT i've been working my ass too hard for this that it must be included. Woke up at 7 even though i was due to be in school by 7:30 and of course i was the grumpiest person in clementi because of the after effects of losing my wallet. The first task of the day was to stick up all the extra deco for the pvz cafe (which looked so fantastic after everybody pasted their artworks around) before making even more posters for the dunking machine. 

The hardest part was probably just people hyped up and getting them to actually pay to dunk their teachers. The rest was easy and listening to teachers squeal is hilarious. After all the teachers got dunked, it was my turn to go up since little kids wanted a subject to get wet and i was the only one there. Proceeded to dry myself on the meteorite and the pirate ship after WHEE they were so exceedingly fun i love these sort of rides! Annabel and I then went into a mad frenzy clearing everything up because nobody else was doing so harhar ): 

Overall i guess it was pretty fun (: as a class we managed to collect about $1400 or more which is really beyond any expectations! Had dinner with cr at macs which was nice after such a long tiring day (: 

IN OTHER NEWS 

- we got a rabbit last sunday and he's an amazingly adorable holland lop lionhead mix named Butterball Roger Pepe because my siblings and i all call him different names. 

- cr and i have been watching a number of movies and i can't wait for more yay
