Glad that the midyears are finally over because they have been torturous and i'm not positive of getting back any good results back but there's only room for improvement so...shall just be more consistent next semester onwards!
Today (or rather yesterday) was a good day (:
Studied the previous day at vanessa's house with zhe for our bio and finally sat for the paper today. Revised for a lot of topics that didn't come out. Bummer ): english oral after that meh. Waited in the canteen for everyone to finish their oral so that we could celebrate yixian and wesley's birthdays!
Met up with the boyfriend after and had a good lunch at saizeriya (: headed to my place to get changed before stoning at his house and watching adventure time hehe. Took a bus down to dhoby ghaut after that and headed to fort canning park for shakespeare at the park - othello!
Read the sypnosis the previous day on the website because i had zero idea on what the story was about and was pretty lost the first scene but after a bit i got the whole 'trying to get othello to believe desdemona is a whore' thing and how lago is a very smart, although evil, man.
Some of the girls sitting beside us were bloody annoying i wanted to sit on their faces. They brought a ukulele to the place to play before the show and during the interval. Like hullo there's the botanical gardens for you to do that any other day. AND they were continually chatting throughout the whole play and it wasn't the "hmmm yes yes cassio...yes" kind of talk it was like "yeah the bad guy hor is the bald white dude"
Fort canning park was really nice and the clouds looks so beautiful (':
Momma and pappa came to fetch me after the play ended and i was hopelessly alone for 10 minutes trying to figure out where they were till they finally rescued me.
Looking forward to the next three days, next friday and everyday after that hehehe. Not looking forward to getting back my thrashy results although this is the hardest i've worked, it's probably the worst i've done.
