i am lying on my bed literally dying right now

my head is pounding, my period cramps are here so well there's a war in my uterus, my skin apparently reacts really badly to sand fly bites so they're all swollen, itchy and painful and lastly there's a horrible pimple outbreak on my face.

ouch everywhere
