After about two months of continuous sian work and some really fun times as well, five days of singapore youth forum has ended! Haven't started feeling really sad yet but i'm sure it'll set in soon. Organising an event sure isn't easy even though the delegate size was smaller than expected, it was crazy.
Today was pretty slack (: although i spent the morning running around getting attendence sheets. While the delegates and facils had their mock parliament, was slacking outside the boys' toilets with charis because that was our duty hahahah. Went high with a few other people like jorim, wei zhi, thurston, darryl and vanessa hee.
After lunch was plenary & presentation. Fell asleep at the back of the auditorium because i couldn't tahan it anymore d: had our farewell session and then during closing ceremony i went in and out of sleep comas.
Had a dance party on stage after and then we had to pack all our logistics ): spent quite a bit of time in the canteen taking photos with people, teasing people and having our final debrief (': some girls got emotional and i don't blame them. Even justin had a moment of..."omg i'm so happy" and went round hugging people and when i teased him about charmyn he just said i was jealous >:(
Headed to the airport for lunch with the organising team + facils after that (: sat around charis, chee wee and douglas! Had subway and kept talking nonsense once again d: celebrated wei shi's birthday hehehe (: the girl who's on every guy's top 5 list!
Brother arrived back from melbourne this evening too so went home with kor, daddy and mum.
This may be my last convention with gyci..but it was good while it lasted (:
