Frightfest 2012

So it's that halloween period once again. Headed to the flyer this year for their scare installment! Basically the whole thing was 45 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes of screaming for $17.50. I wouldn't say it was totally worth it but i guess everytime out with these guys is a fun time so i guess overspending once in a while won't hurt (:

Okay for those who were wondering why i dressed up as a dork/geek/nerd/act cute jap girl is coz there were supposed to be fringe activities which included a dress up competition but jean and i thought we would dress up for fun so..we did! We brought our 'costumes' to change at gerald's place because it was way to embarrassing to wear them out on our own.

Let's just say we got a little unwanted attention. It was just stares coming from all directions - on the train, along the station, in plaza sing. Haha after a while we couldn't be bothered. We were walking from the east west to north east line and somebody took out their phone to snap a pic of us. Guess we were asking for it d:

Jean went as G-Dragon from bigbang but her mum forbade her to wear her wig out so she just looked like a punk.

Had dinner at the foodcourt at plaza sing before walking around daiso and spotlight. Then took the train down to promenade but it was pouring so we stayed in parco for a bit! (: place is pretty cool, shall go back there just to look see look see.

Photos from the night because there's really nothing much to say (some stolen from gerald)

Woke up at 8 this morning to have lunch with annika at macs (: always good time spent with her. Talked about how time has passed by so quickly and how we're gonna be in upper sec in no time, scary crap. Then took the bus to church with her.

I'm sort of excited about how our batch people in el olam can have so many study sessions next time because we're more or less taking the same subjects but oh shit, the thought of 'o's in less than two years is really really traumatizing.

Another free day tomorrow, guess it's a hell's kitchen marathon for me.
